BL03XUにおける広角・小角X線散乱測定・解析 「7212 ポリプロピレン系重合体を用いた成形体の精密高次構造解析」

Wide-Angle (WAXS) and Small-Angle (SAXS) X-ray Scattering were carried out at Spring-
8 for sheets of polypropylene random copolymer (RACO) with defferent nucleants.
The both SAXS and WAXS profiles indicate that a sheet of RACO with nucleant A has
higher c- and a*-axis orientation to mechine direction (MD) than that of RACO with nucleant
B, while the cylindrical average of the WAXS profiles indicate that crystallinities of those
sheets are the same.
